Olivia is a senior in materials science with a minor in math. She is interested primarily in both polymeric coatings and semiconductors, and has worked in the automotive industry, as well as being involved in research. She also delights in outdoor walks, tennis, and horses.

Eli is a senior in materials science and engineering with a minor in sustainability. His interests are in sustainable design and polymer materials. Outside of the classroom, he enjoys singing with the UM Men’s Glee Club and riding his bike.

Bella is a junior in materials science and engineering with a minor in chemistry. Her interest is in research on sustainable polymers and composites, and she is currently working in a lab that develops bioactive copolymers. In her free time she enjoys baking, running, and trying new cafes with friends.

Tilly is a senior in materials science and engineering with a minor in German. She has worked with pressure-sensitive adhesives and currently researches material behavior in extreme environments. Outside of school, she is on the club triathlon team and loves to knit and hike.

Tae is a senior in materials science and engineering with a strong interest in computational materials research and discovering new materials through modeling and simulation. Outside of academics, he plays drums for a campus jazz band and enjoys drawing.

Tseyang is a senior in materials science and engineering with a minor in sustainable engineering. In materials science her interests lie in renewable energy systems and thin films! Outside of school, she enjoys expressing herself creatively through digital design, scrapbooking, and music.

Amiya is a senior in materials science and engineering with a minor in Japanese language. Her interests are in sustainable material and process design in consumer goods. Outside of school, she plays on U of M’s women's ultimate frisbee team and also enjoys art and being outdoors.

Committee Representative: Ellis larsen

Ellis is a junior in materials science and engineering. His interests lie in metallurgy and structural materials for extreme environments. He researches powder metallurgy for nuclear applications in one lab, and researches nanomaterials in another. Excluding research, he enjoys blacksmithing, reading, and wandering.
