"Well, this one is kind of funny. After college, I took an internship at SpaceX in their Materials and Processes group. Then I worked as a Supplier Development Engineer working on Metallurgical Processing (ie. non-destructive testing, welding, thin films, additive). Right now, I'm transitioning and looking for new opportunities, so we'll see what I end up doing!"
"I was in marching band for four years, was a member of BLUElab for 3.5 years, and did research. I could have sworn I did other stuff, but it's been so long honestly."
"I was actually asked to interview as the MSE rep for some Star Wars stuff they were doing. It was super awkward, and I'm never going to share where you can find that on the internet, but I got to talk to a Wookie for a bit in Van Vlack. A good memory was being asked to put together the MMS/MSE Career Fair within the span of one month. One of the professors said we should have one and by then it was already second term so I said I'll have the next president do it but they said to do it this year so I put it all together within the span of a month. It's hard to say what my favorite memory is to be honest. I was so involved with the department that looking back, the whole time I was a part of it was a great memory. Also there are way too many funny moments just from classes and stuff. If you have to put one thing down, I'd say it was meeting and bonding with each and every person within the department, and for that, Michigan MSE will always have a special place in my heart."
"I currently work at Kraft Heinz Company. I'm working as a Quality Supervisor and oversee the production of dry powdered beverages like Kool-Aid, Country Time and Crystal Light, as well as the bakery for the bread for Stove Top Stuffing and Shake 'n Bake."

"As social chair, one of the responsibilities is to organize a winter and spring bar crawl. After many emails, I was overjoyed my Senior Year Spring Bar Crawl when six professors came to Dominick's and one even made it to Rick's! I was so happy to have staff and faculty participation. Just goes to show how close of a department we have."
